Juell has 29 years of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering applications with a background in computer science. He began his career as a civil engineering technician with the United States Navy in 1992. Juell’s experience includes laboratory management, field assessments, materials testing, stormwater management inspections, subsurface concrete and utility scanning, pile hammer analysis and pile monitoring, traffic control, preexisting condition surveys, and rebar inspections. He has a strong commitment to helping our clients be successful and facilities teamwork for our crew.
